Очень классная скакалка, быстрая двойные не освоил ещё но думаю реально на ней. Есть резиновая защита около 20см но тяжело одевать на трос. Черный трос около 70 гр, сечение около 2мм многожильный кабель, жёлтый 87, около 2.5-3 мм кабель. Подшипник абек 7 как на роликах вращение очень хорошее даже насухо. В комплекте мешок для скакалки сменый кабель инструкция на анг. Из минусов чуть порвался зип пакет аккуратно если на подарок. В целом своих денег стоит 150%, рекомендую . Украина доставка НП порядка 2 недели
